§ 1. General Provisions
- The online store available at https://butterflyworkshops.eu/ is operated by: Centrum Edukacji Ekologicznej Morfo Monika Bielecka, Olszanka 62, 23-110 Krzczonów, Poland. NIP (Tax ID): 7123057308
- These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, making payments, delivering (providing access to) digital products, as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer.
- The store sells only digital products (e-books and additional educational materials) available in electronic file formats.
§ 2. Definitions
- Seller – Centrum Edukacji Ekologicznej Morfo Monika Bielecka.
- Buyer / Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organization placing an order in the store.
- Digital Product (e-book) – an electronic file available in PDF format or another format indicated in the product description.
- Store – the online platform at https://butterflyworkshops.eu/ where digital products can be purchased.
§ 3. Rules of Use
- Orders can be placed through the store’s website.
- To place an order, the Buyer must provide accurate personal and contact details.
- The Buyer agrees to use the store in accordance with applicable law and these Terms & Conditions.
§ 4. Orders and Payments
- All prices displayed on the website are gross prices (including VAT, where applicable).
- Payments are made via online payment systems (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, credit/debit cards).
- The sales agreement is concluded once the Seller receives payment confirmation.
§ 5. Delivery of Digital Products
- Digital products are made available to the Buyer immediately after payment confirmation, in the form of:
- a download link sent to the email address provided in the order, or
- access to a customer panel (if implemented).
- The Buyer must secure their access data and must not share files with third parties.
- All products are protected by copyright law – copying, sharing, or reselling is strictly prohibited.
§ 6. Right of Withdrawal
- Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products delivered electronically once access has been provided.
- By placing an order, the Buyer expressly agrees to waive the right of withdrawal once the digital product is made available.
§ 7. Complaints
- The Buyer has the right to file a complaint if the delivered digital product is defective or inconsistent with the description.

- The Seller will review the complaint within 14 business days and inform the Buyer of the outcome.
§ 8. Personal Data Protection
- The Seller is the controller of personal data.
- Personal data is processed solely for order fulfillment and in compliance with GDPR regulations.
- The Buyer has the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data.
§ 9. Final Provisions
- For matters not regulated in these Terms & Conditions, Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
- Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
