Complete Know-How
A ready-to-use model of mobile educational workshops for schools and kindergartens. Start in 30 days without trial-and-error, with minimal risk.

Not at all.
You can start completely from scratch — even if you’ve never worked with butterflies or led workshops before.
Your package includes a full step-by-step guide, a detailed lesson plan, and all the knowledge you need to take care of butterflies and teach with confidence.
You’ll quickly feel ready to inspire children and adults with the beauty of transformation.
Your licence is perpetual — it has no expiry date — and it’s valid outside Poland.
It authorizes you to organize and charge for Butterfly Workshops in your country.
You can translate or locally adapt the materials, but you cannot resell, share, or distribute them to third parties.
Each licence is individual and non-exclusive unless an exclusive country agreement is signed separately.
All species we use are safe, non-invasive, and legally approved across the EU.
Your Partner Pack includes a guide with verified, EU-based suppliers and a list of recommended butterfly species that comply with EU Wildlife Trade Regulations (CITES).
Before importing, please always check your local regulations, as some countries require registration or notification for live insects.
We’ll guide you through this — it’s easier than it sounds.
Butterflies require only about 30 minutes of daily care.
That includes feeding, misting, and checking temperature and humidity.
Once your environment is set up, maintenance is simple.
You can safely leave them for a few hours during the day — the key is a stable, calm space with proper light and warmth.
You only need a small, bright room (around 20 m²) with good ventilation and a stable temperature (22–24 °C).
It can be a classroom, studio, or a corner of a community centre.
If you run mobile workshops, you can use a portable enclosure — it’s all described in your setup guide.
No laboratory or professional equipment is required.
Most partners begin with a total starting cost of around €1,100, which includes:
your chosen workshop package,
first set of live chrysalises,
enclosure and basic equipment,
printing of materials and local promotion.
After that, your only recurring cost is ordering new chrysalises (usually €2–3 each).
With just a few workshops, you can already recover your investment.
All materials are digital and ready to use immediately.
You’ll receive:
PDF files with complete workshop scripts and printable educational sheets,
JPG / PNG graphics for posters, handouts, and social media,
MP4 video files showing the butterfly life cycle,
Editable templates (Pro and Premium packages) that you can brand, translate, and localize.
The materials are available in English and Polish.
You are free to translate them into your own language (for example, German, Spanish, Greek, or Bulgarian) as long as you keep the original educational concept and include the Butterfly Workshops brand reference (logo or small note).
This gives you full flexibility to adapt everything for your country and culture.
With the PREMIUM package every partner receives direct email support (responses within 2 business days) and clear, step-by-step checklists for every stage — from setup to your first workshops.
You’re never on your own — we’ll guide you through your first steps until your butterflies take flight.
Most partners start running paid workshops within 30 days of purchase.
The package includes a full launch plan, marketing templates, and tested pricing models.
Once your butterflies arrive, you can begin scheduling sessions for schools, kindergartens, or family events right away.
That’s perfectly fine — and actually part of the magic.
You’ll receive our “Butterfly ABC” — a simple, reliable knowledge base with all the key facts.
And if a child asks something you don’t know, just say:
“Great question! Let’s find out together.”
Curiosity is the heart of every workshop — and your honesty makes the experience even more real.
For everyone who wants to connect people with nature — especially:
teachers and educators,
kindergartens and primary schools,
environmental and family centres,
event organizers and eco-trainers.
The program is designed for children aged 3–12, but it also works beautifully with teens, families, and even senior groups.
Most schools and kindergartens book 3–8 weeks in advance.
This gives you plenty of time to order chrysalises and prepare the space.
Once you get your rhythm, you’ll be able to plan continuous butterfly cycles and keep workshops running smoothly all season long.
All live butterflies and chrysalises come from certified breeders within the European Union who comply with EU Wildlife Trade and CITES regulations.
You’ll receive a list of verified, trusted suppliers in your Partner Pack — including farms that export within the EU without customs procedures.
We help you choose the best source for your climate, species availability, and legal conditions.
If your country requires additional paperwork (like an import declaration), we’ll guide you through the process step by step.
